When you create a new user account, we ask for your first name, last name and email address. You are also asked to create a password. Your email addressed is used to verify who you are, and if you ever need to reset your password. Your name is used in the app, and may be included in alerts we send you.

We don’t share your data.
How long we retain your data
For users that register on the app, we store the personal information you provide in your user profile. You can see, edit, or delete your personal information at any time. App administrators can also see and edit that information. The information is retained for as long as you keep your user account.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on the app, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where we send your data
We don’t send your data to any third parties. Your data is stored in a database on Thingitude’s servers, hosted by Amazon Web Services in London, UK.
